Britney Spears And Kevin Federline In Court Again, Britney’s Cousin Moves Out

After Monday’s hearing, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were back in court again to see if the Order giving Kevin custody would stand. In the end, Kevin retained custody of the boys, and Britney was granted supervised visitation.
Although Britney was encouraged by her attorney to attend the hearing, she did not. Kevin was present with an eyepatch because “his eye was sore”.
The next hearing is scheduled for October 26, and both Kevin and Britney are required to attend.
Britney’s attorney only had this to say,
“I’m not going to say anything. It’s totally inappropriate from my perspective to make comments on an active case without my client’s expressed consent, and she is not here.”
Kevin’s attorney, on the other hand, did comment, “The orders were justified and [Kevin]’s pleased with the orders in place.”

In other Britney news, her cousin/assistant/roommate Alli Sims has moved out. Celebrity Dirty Laundry reports she told friends, “I can’t take it anymore,” after having to drive her around and shop for her while being hounded by the paparazzi. Alli insists the move had been planned for awhile, saying, “My move wasn’t sudden. I was just doing it slowly; I’ve had my own apartment all along.”
When the rain falls for Britney, it certainly pours. Although most would probably give her credit for the rain making. Best Week Ever’s opinion: “Perhaps having sensed that her meth-fueled gravy train has completely derailed and is headed towards epic catastrophe, Britney Spears‘ assistant Alli Sims has decided to get off the Crazycrackers Express.”
