Britney Spears Officially Charged for ‘Hit and Run’ Accident
Britney Spears was officially charged today, for the hit and run she did back in August. Britney is pictured here, as she was leaving her lawyer’s office. The poor dear, she looks so upset.

Britney Spears has been charged with one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California license. Both charges are misdemeanors, each carrying a maximum of 6 months in jail.
The charges stem from an August 6 incident in L.A. where Spears was in a private parking lot in the San Fernando Valley.
If you haven’t seen the accident yet, in the video below you can see the accident. After hitting the woman’s car, Britney then exits her vehicle while slamming her car door into the other. She then proceeds to examine her own car for damage, completely unconcerned for the victim’s.
