Ving Rhames Caretaker Dies After Dog Attack

Ving Rhames has several bull mastiff dogs, a breed that is typically used as a guard dog. Friday the LA Times reported that at least two of those dogs mauled Ving’s caretaker, who died after the attack. Ving was out of the country filming.
The body was found lying in the front yard of Ving’s Brentwood home, covered in bite wounds. However, investigators think the victim may have suffered a heart attack, as none of the wounds appeared life-threatening.
Animal control officers took four dogs into custody.
