I’m thinking Britney Spears must not have one, since about 50% of her scalp is clearly visible, right through her weave. It looks absolutely horrible! A brush is a good thing.
Oh yeah, she was pictured after coming out of a Taco Bell Express… she went inside to just use their bathroom. Disgusting!
