Nicole Richie Back in Rehab - Photographic Proof!

It looks like Nicole Richie’s back in rehab:

Despite the carefully-worded denial from Nicole Richie’s publicist, sources at The National Enquirer and Star magazine insist they stand by their story 100% that the Simple Life star recently sought treatment for anorexia and substance abuse.

“We figured Nicole’s publicist would try to deny this,” a source tell PerezHilton.com. “We have excellent sources, though.”

Additionally, the mag’s have damning evidence - photographic proof.

Both The Enquirer and Star have pictures of Nicole entering the Beau Monde Treatment Center in Corona Del Mar, California, on May 19th.

Ain’t no denying that!

According to the mag’s, Richie first checked in to rehab on May 11th. “And yes, she’s at home now,” says a source at both tabs. “As we wrote in the story, she’s now getting outpatient treatment.”

I’m not sure the photo proves anything. It could have been taken any time, anywhere, and may not even be Richie. It’s probably Nicole Richie going back to rehab, though. Because, you know, it’s Nicole Richie. And why would the National Enquirer lie about something like that?

To be fair, Us magazine is running a story called “Nicole Richie Not in Rehab.”

Nicole Richie’s rep is denying reports that the Simple Life star has entered a rehabilitative treatment center.

“She is not in rehab,” the rep tells Usmagazine.com. “She is at home in Glendale. Sobriety is an ongoing process but she is sober.”

Last December, Richie, 25, was arrested and later charged with a DUI after she was found driving the wrong way down a California highway.

In 2002, Richie was given three years probation for a DUI conviction and had her license suspended for one year. Six months later, she was arrested for possession of heroin and for driving with a suspended license.

The incident prompted Richie to enter a drug-diversion program.

“I was like a trash can—I took everything,” she later explained on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

She told the talk show host that her downward spiral into drug abuse was prompted by her parents’ divorce.”I was definitely trying to mask hurt, abandonment,” she said. “I had no idea I was feeling this way.”

Richie’s rep confirms that the reality star continues to visit her therapist at the center where she was originally treated for her addiction.

She is due in court on June 8 for a pretrial hearing regarding last year’s DUI.

Despite these denials, though, we have a fuzzy picture of a woman who could very well be Nicole Richie walking across some grass toward what looks like a building — and rehab centers are usually in buildings — with “Nicole Richie enters Beau Monde treatment center on May 20″ written on it in white font. White. That pretty much cinches it for me.
