Galilea Montijo Sex Video

Mexican soap opera star Galilea Montijo first came to fame after winning the La Chica beauty pageant in 1993. She has vaulted to the top of the Technorati search ranking though, because on a x-rated video circulating on the Internet in which “a young woman who looks like her is having sex with two men.”

It appears that the video is a fake. The young women in the video is actually having sex with two men. That’s not the fake part. Careful scientific analysis, though, seems to show that the video sex tape star is not actually Galilea Montijo. That’s the fake part.

This site, written in Spanish, has lots of explicit (that’s NSFW in pre-Internet English) outtakes from the video. It concludes, “La mujer que aparece en el video se llama Monique Fuentes y es una actriz porno, y el video en cuestión de donde extrajeron el clip se llama: ‘Mami Culo Grande’.” Now, I don’t read Spanish (or, more accurately, I read it but don’t comprehend it) but I think that means that porn actress Monique Fuentes is the sex-having star, not Galilea Montijo. The headline, obviously written in English for search engine optimization, is “Galilea Montijo video fake.” (That’s “video es el-fako” in Spanish, I think.)

Plank’s Constant, which is cleverly written entirely in English — Google loves English — seems to confirm this. In a story called “Galilea Montijo Video Hoax” they document the confusion.

For the past few weeks one of the most often entered search terms was “Galilea Montijo.”

Galilea Montijo is a 33 year old Mexican soap opera star born in Guadalajara. See the photo gallery below. Galilea first came to fame after winning La Chica TV pageant in 1993. What brings this woman to be the top search term (she is number 4 in Technorati, beating out Paris Hilton and even Myspace) is the rumor that an x-rated video circulating on the Internet is of her. In the video, a young woman who looks like her is having sex with two men. It seems the best way to get fame and fortune these days is to release a sex video of yourself. However, in this case, Galilea may have gotten famous even though it is not her in the video.

Now back to Galilea. She has vigorously denied that it is her in the video and it seems now that it is in fact a 39 year old porn star from Colombia, Monique Fuentes, seen here in the photo right, who has her own website which I can’t even give you the link to because it’s worse than NSFW, it’s probably not safe for Home.

Ms Fuentes has similar facial and body features as Galilea and so it is not hard to see how the Internet rumor can spread. Unfortunately most of the sites point to the porn video with claims that it is in fact that of Galilea Montijo. Hopefully this article will be read by some readers of the hundreds of petty blogs that have popped up purely to defame the character of Ms Montijo. One of the problems with the Internet is that rumors and hoaxes quickly spread without the ability for retractions or corrections to squelch them. Sadly, even the latest Wiki entry for Galilea still does not have the update that the video is in fact of someone else.

That’s real sad. Especially for Monique Fuentes. She’s 39 years old. How much longer can her career as a porn star last? And some other Latin hottie is getting all the pub for her work? That ain’t right.
