InTouch Weekly is reporting that Paris Hilton and Elliot Mintz have called it quits after she blamed him for the reason she drove on a suspended license. Paris was sentenced to 45-days in the slammer for driving on a suspended license and violating her probation. Elliot testified for her, but the judge called the testimony “worthless.”
