Pamela Anderson Looking for Sperm Donor

The Sun’s Daile Pepper reports that Pamela Anderson is looking for some sperm. Considering how much has been freely donated in her honor, that shouldn’t be dificult.

Pamela Anderson may turn to a sperm donor to have another baby. The former Baywatch star – who already has two sons with ex-lover Tommy Lee – says she might choose to have another child with an anonymous father.

When asked about having more children Pammy told Heat magazine: “I don’t know, maybe I have to find a good sperm donor. Sometimes I think I’d like to have another baby. “I really love children, and once you have two you might as well have ten. But if I do have more kids, it’ll have to be soon – before I’m 40.”

I didn’t even know there was a Heat magazine. Apparently, there are at least two. An Australian literary magazine and a UK-based gossip rag. Guess which one interviewed Pamela Anderson about sperm?

But I digress.

Mac Stansbury observes,

[I]t’s a sad day when your greatest accomplishment so far is starring in Baywatch. 10 years ago. Time is not kind to the fairer sex.

And that’s just it: Pamela Anderson has a career built on her sexuality, and she, like every other woman on the planet, can’t defy the effects of age on her psyche. It’s most prominent with her latest pair of store-boughts, them thing are huge. Dwindling popularity, and Jessica Alba and that ilk are just a part of the cruel joke God’s played on women.

True that. Then again, Anderson is a multi-gazillionaire because horny young men are willing to spend lots of money to see Pam Anderson’s naked, or even swimsuit clad, body. So, it’s a fair question as to which sex has it worse.

Mac is right, though, when he says, “Pamela Anderson was the sex-symbol of the 90s” (although I would have placed the emphasis on the rather than was). It occured to me recently, perhaps reflecting on her current show “Stacked,” that perhaps no other woman has ever been an active sex symbol as long as Anderson. Marilyn Monroe and Betty Page ares still lusted after decades later, but based on images from their prime. But who else has continued to be a top fantasy object based on current work as long as Anderson? Maybe Raquel Welch or Ann-Margret?

Certainly, she’s the queen of Playboy, having appeared on the covers of the October 1989, February 1991, July 1992, August 1993 (with Dan Aykroyd), November 1994, January 1996, September 1997, June 1998 (Babes of Baywatch), February 1999, July 2001, and May 2004 issues and as the Playmate of the Month/centerfold in February 1990. Oddly, though, she was never Playmate of the Year.
