Pamela Anderson showed up at the Elton John Foundation event wearing a dress that showed off her most precious asset: her gigantic, surgically enhanced boobs. Considering how often said mammaries have been exposed to the light of day, including several hundred Playboy covers, what’s a few more Pam Anderson boob pictures?
